Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mailboxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
